quick recovery!
You know, it’s super strange how quickly I feel better from all the soreness from wakeboarding/racing! I think the more you use your body, the more apt it becomes at getting over being pushed. I feel about 85% normal today - so that’s pretty good!
I’m gonna try to do an easy run tomorrow morning then take it easy the rest of the week since we have “the first and only Jenny Skinner turns 29, 29 miler” on Saturday, 5 days before her actual birthday!
I need to work on shirts and medals for our run!
