Army Ten Miler and Yoga!
I totally feel ready for both the Army Ten Miler (this Sunday) and the Marine Corps Marathon (3 weeks from Sunday)! I took it easy last weekend doing 14 miles at an easy pace and heading to Bikram Yoga on Sunday evening and this morning.
I think I am going to try to make Bikram a part of my training through the winter. There really is nothing like it. Today I didn’t quite feel with it, yet it still kicked my butt.
I only wish I had a friend that was also running the Army Ten Miler this weekend to meet up with before and after the race! Oh well, there is something kinda cool about doing an event like this all by yourself, even if the finish line is a little boring.
