Anyone else run a marathon then feel lost?

I really don’t know what I should focus on now… Suggestions?

  3. sundrymiscellanea said: Happened to me too. I started focusing on working on my times for shorter races, like 10k distance. Trying to get my miles down from an average of 8:00/mile to around 6:40/mile for 10k. I’m down to right around 7:00 now!
