Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays!
Just like Jimmy Buffett, these are the days that Jenny and I have picked for our Marathon Training! We are 12 weeks away from the MCMarathon and couldn’t be more excited!
We started with the 12 mile run that I posted about on Saturday.
Kicked things up with a track workout on Tuesday.
And have an easy run planned for tonight!
I have been seriously struggling with my self confidence recently, even though I have been making positive changes in my life. In fact, change might be exactly the cause of this unrest. I am changing things, just slightly, but so many things are still out of my control! It’s really messy inside my brain at the moment!
Today is my last summer diving class, which is exciting! It’s also exciting that I have fall classes even though I forgot to program them. (one of the horrible doubts that crept into my mind… they were in the schedule, yet I didn’t program them, so naturally I thought they found a new instructor! No, they were there for me, but I did have a freak out for about 3 days that caused a diving class related nightmare!)
I also committed (though it’s still not certain that I will be the one teaching because I can only teach 5 out of 6) to teaching on Saturdays in October and November. That is kinda a point of stress because I really like my weekend, but I just couldn’t imagine giving up $350 when it’s so fun to make!
I hate being filled with so much self doubt! UGH!! Anyway… I have been having some fun with my style blog recently! I even have a new fit style post that should go up tomorrow about what to take on your long run! I’ll make sure to link it up here too!!
