Last weekend I ran from the edge of one town to the edge of another, alone. This week I ran from the Herndon Trolly to the Vienna Trolly with Jenny (and my mom came for the beginning).

We did a total of 18 miles. 17 running (doing our 1:1 run/walk ratio) and then we popped into Starbucks and walked a mile with our coffee. We now have two weeks of shorter runs before we do our next longest run - a planned 22 miles on September 10th!
