8 miles this morning with Manda and Jenny!

I feel great after my 8 mile run this morning! I wished that we had the time to get 10 in, but 8 is pretty great!

So, I have stopped fighting my body (and have also been indulging on some things I shouldn’t - Like the doughnuts yesterday) and have kept on 3 of the 5 lbs I gained (and lost, then gained again) in Europe. The one difference that I noticed is that maybe I now need to go up a size in workout clothes… It’s strange that such a small amount can make such a difference.

I dunno… maybe I shouldn’t be so lazy and I should try to drop the lbs… or lose some body fat… but it’s just so nice not stressing about what I am eating. I really, really like it! :)

Anyone have any ideas to help me be better about eating without over stressing or over doing it? I tend to go off the deep end when it comes to being strict about calorie counting or anything like that…

  1. thefoodchronicles said: I think you look so amazing. Usually with stuff like that, just getting back in to a routine and being your usual active stuff and not worrying about it makes it drop off gradually! You have a dream body!
